The primary purpose of this role is responsibility for creating the business and/or functional requirements necessary for technology solutions that meet customer needs, expected delivery dates, and exceptional quality standards.

Solid understanding of business workflows and processes used for corporate learning. Experience with the Saba Learning Management System

Specific experience required: 1-3 years of SABA/LMS Application Development\configuration experience, understanding of business workflows related to Services and Product Devlopment functions
Primary Responsibilities : This is a hands-on techno-functional position, with LMS applications experience required. Knowledge of product development workflows and services deliverables for a software provider experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years functional experience.
Secondary Responsibilities :Integration experience with other business applications / DEV environments like Oracle, Jive, Client facing portals

Academic and Professional Qualifications:
5+ years industry experience preferred
5-10 year’s practical experience in providing business process and functional support for assigned product preferred
