    The primary purpose of this role is to create the business and/or functional requirements necessary for technology solutions that meet customer needs, expected delivery dates, and exceptional quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    Mandatory Skills:-

    • Total 5.5 to 7 years of experience
    • Hands on experience with Clinical and Pharmacy
    • Hands on experience on working with development teams
    • 6+ years experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology. 
    • Significant experience in business analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems
    • 3-5 years of experience as BA
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Software development for the US-acute care or ambulatory healthcare industry is a plus
    • Ability to work effectively and drive cross functional collaboration
    • Strong influencing skills with ability to influence all stakeholders who are not direct reports
    • Previous experience with project teams
    • Strong presentation skills

    Responsibilities:-

     

    • Defining, maintaining and communicating the product vision
    • Working with internal and external customers and end users to define functionality that address customer business needs and return maximum value
    • Grooming and prioritizing the backlog of defined features and user stories
    • Communicating business and customer value to the team in a manner that sparks innovative thought
    • Writing and capturing user stories that communicate the product initiatives and requirements.
    • Accepting/rejecting the delivered functionality within each Sprint
    • Working closely with customers to facilitate acceptance testing of releases (during pilots)
    • Making ongoing decisions regarding direction of the product/features
    • Often contributes as a team member performing other roles within the team, as needed
    • Responsible for leading and communicating strategies, tactics and goals during scrum ceremonies
    • Openly and candidly communicates project and portfolio changes to stakeholders
    • Daily Product Owner experience a plus
    • Rally Software Requirements tool skills a plus

    Qualifications

    Academic and Professional Qualifications:

    •  Bachelor's degree preferred and/or other relevant combination of training and experience

    Travel Requirements:

    • May require local travel
    • May require other travel for business needs

     

    Working Arrangements:

    • May require after hours on call support
    • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
