    The primary purpose of this role is to prepare standard and specialized financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, monthly closing reports) according to Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP) or other regulatory requirements.


    The incumbent will also:

    • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries into accounts, such as General Ledger accounts, and document business transactions;
    • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures; and
    • Analyze and review budgets and expenditures



    • Prepares accurate internal financial reporting documents
    • Analyzes financial information to verify accuracy and identify trends
    • Coordinates and follows through with the month-end closing schedule
    • Coordinates the preparation of the monthly financial package including the preparation of management comments
    • Provides financial reports to management and answers inquiries as necessary
    • Manages the chart of accounts
    • Assists external auditors with year-end audit
    • Completes special projects as assigned
    • Prepares and posts journal entries and General Ledger reconciliations
    • Records journal entries and reconciliations associated with accounts payable/receivable, tax, payroll, etc.
    • Works with commission statements, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and/or receivable, and payroll
    • Analyzes revenue and expenditure trends and recommends appropriate budget levels, and ensures expenditure control
    • Interacts with internal and external auditors as necessary to complete audits
    • Maintains knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, SEC requirements, and other relevant accounting regulations
    • Prepares governmental tax returns and claims for tax refunds
    • Maintains organization's tax records and files
    • Minimizes tax liability through efficient and thorough application of current tax law in the filing of all applicable tax returns
    • Prepares statistical and financial reports, both on a regular and a specially-assigned basis
    • Avoids penalties and interest by maintaining adherence to internal controls, tax calendar, and policy
    • Investigates and prepares responses to notices from various taxing authorities


    Academic and Professional Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
    • CPA preferred
    • Knowledge of SEC, IRS, IASB or other applicable regulatory agency reporting requirements and standards


    • 4-7 Years Accounting Experience
    • Excellent communication and PC skills to assist in financial analysis
    • Excellent analytical skills required
    • Experience in below is required :
    1. Revenue accrual.
    2. Revenue accounting
    3. Handling credit memo ( revenue side)
    4. Identifying revenue leakage
    5. Analytical skills required.
    6. Good in excel & Oracle/SAP experience preferred
    7. Good skill in excel
