    The primary purpose of this role is to Support Center  

    Responsibilities

    • Compile, update and report status of open action items impacting client execution
    • Identify trends and common themes across multiple clients exposing areas of focus for multiple client benefit
    • Pro-actively and continuously identify and pursue opportunities to improve client satisfaction
    • Review client feedback, identify trends and client needs and communicate analysis information to leadership
    • Leverage Client Connect and other technology platforms for client knowledge transfer purposes
    • Research and update client contact lists, product versions, client warnings, Account Watch, Hardware/Software inventory and any other client information needed to manage the client relationship.
    • Compile strategic and support dashboards to understand case trends and pro-actively identify and address issues to resolution
    • Complete Executive Summary documentation and assist with preparedness deliverables for Executive visits

    Qualifications

     

     

    Academic and Professional Qualifications:

    • On track for a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline 

     

    Experience:

    • Developing or supporting the assigned products
    • Demonstrated competence in functional or technical components of the assigned products
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Self-motivated
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision

    •  None

     

    Working Arrangements:

    • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
