    The primary purpose of this role is to support the efficient and effective running of the functional Operations a within designated region.

    Responsibilities

    Mandatory Skills:-

     

    • 2 years + working on client experience projects/programs
    • Work on client portals or client facing tools/services
    • Client facing communication, both verbal and written.
    • Knowledge of online client portals
    • Time Management
    • Detailed focused
    • Use of the Microsoft Office suite
    • Willing to work in shifts

    Responsibilities:-

     

    • Work closely with the Community Program Specialist to ensure programs goals are met. This will include working with clients and internal teams.
    • Work closely with the Community Manager and Community Leaders to ensure the health of the community is maintain and improved. Some task include, but are not limited to: Assisting with identifying questions within the product communities that need to be answered by Allscripts. Identifying and archiving outdated groups. Working with community leaders and project managers to archive contact.
    • Work with the eServices team on major releases. This would include identifying requirements; assisting with test scripts; conducing testing; participating in launch.

    Qualifications

    Academic and Professional Qualifications:

    •  Bachelor's or Master's degree  in computer science / IT or relevant work experience

    Experience:

    • 2 years + working on client experience projects/programs
    • Work on client portals or client facing tools/services
    • Client facing communication, both verbal and written.
    • Knowledge of online client portals
    • Time Management
    • Detailed focused
    • Use of the Microsoft Office suite
    • Willing to work in shifts

    Travel Requirements:

    •  Able and willing to travel as required, internationally on short-term basis

    Working Arrangements:

    • Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
    • Substantial time is spent working on a computer
