    The primary purpose of this role is to

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a strong understanding / appreciation of assigned  requirements.
    • Conduct periodically reviews with Supervisor and closely monitors the implementation of the sourcing plan.
    • Measures individual performance against pre-set target, discuss challenges & practice pre-agreed solutions for increased productivity.  
    • Continuously develop and build candidate pipeline using multiple tools & techniques. Build & grow market intelligence.
    •  Interview candidates to assess compatibility & critical behavioral competencies.
    • Finalize candidate fitment, negotiate & close the offer discussion with the candidate.
    • Engage & resolve candidate issues during the pre-boarding stage to maximize no. of hires.
    • Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to develop and execute social sourcing strategies that increase flow of qualified candidates
    • Contribute innovative sourcing solutions that help drive recruiting strategy
    • Employ recruitment best practices to proactively target diverse candidate pools simultaneously; leverage passive candidate sourcing, internet and social media recruiting, networking, career fairs, etc.
    • Research, benchmark, and develop proactive recruitment techniques to attract high quality active and passive candidates
    • Proactively mine applicant tracking system (ATS), paid job boards, professional association databases, and other relevant candidate pools; manage candidate database
    • Advance employee referral program by screening and engaging qualified candidates

    Qualifications

     

     

     

     

    • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
    •  3 – 6 years of hands on end to end recruitment life cycle experience, in an IT Services / product company.  Conceptual understanding of current technologies / tools / products, etc.
    •  Strong sourcing skills using multiple channels (including Web 2.0) to identify ‘Right Fit’ candidates.
    • Strong candidate evaluation skills to present pre-qualified candidates in a timely manner.
    •  Expertise in Relationship recruiting to hire passive candidates.  
    • Demonstrate ‘Sales’ attitude during the complete recruitment life cycle.
    • Self organized & able to multi-task effectively.
